What information do you collect when I am using the site?
A Novel Chapter has a program called Google Analytics installed. This free web marketing tool is used commonly on many websites and is used to uniquely track your movements on the website and where you navigate.

How is this information used?
This information is used firstly to find out which posts are the most popular so that the site can provide you with the content that you enjoy reading and is as useful as possible to as many people as possible.
The collation of information on your internet history is also used in order to tailor content to what our audiences are most interested in. For example, if a vast majority of readers seem to visit websites on science fiction then future books selected for review may be science fiction too.
Finding out how you accessed the site helps us to better evaluate what marketing strategies are working so we can continue with these in the future.
